Who We Are.
Who is QuartzConnect?
QuartzConnect was established in the Fall of 2023 but has been in the making for much longer. Our Founder, Sheri Ladas Voss has been a career saleswoman for three decades. The sales bug bit after excelling in a Sales Course at Bradley University and watching her Dad sell advertising for the local radio station while making his career as a Sportscaster in Joliet, Illinois. She spent 25 years in the Telecommunications Industry and found a passion around connecting with people. She likes to say she is a "Connector" by trade whether cultivating personal connections or professional ones.
She has helped numerous solopreneurs and entrepreneurs kick-start and grow their businesses and she has been intimately involved with non-profit fundraising and advisory councils and boards throughout the last 30 years helping organizations near and dear to her heart. For the last 6 years, she found a niche working with CyberSecurity Training and Certifications professionally while becoming a College Advisor for her International Sorority. This last chapter helped remind Sheri of her love of developing the next generation and providing a strong peer consulting mentality.
Sheri has a creative spirit and an innate ability to make instant connections that grow into loyal client relationships. She is driven by loyalty and integrity and is passionate about turning hard work into successful partnerships.
Sheri lives in Plainfield with her husband of 28 years, Jonathan, and their three children- Drew, Abigail, and Aidan as well as their 8-year-old rescue dachshund, Rocky.

Increase Connections: We can review and organize your current connections to help you define your customer base as well as your future prospects and provide guidance on improving conversions.
Assess Strategy: We can assess your existing sales strategies and provide clear steps to improve and grow revenue by helping you build a solid sales strategy, vision, and goals.
Profile and Plan: When you are ready to "Plan the Work" so you can "Work the Plan", we will create new or improve your current sales processes that can include research and recommendations for tools and resources. We also can train you and your team on how to profile account relationships and provide account review strategies that can be implemented immediately.

In addition to everything we do, we also love to make connections for our clients with our Network. If you need a contact for something specific, ask! If you want help growing your Network Connections, ask us how we can help!
We can help provide recommendations for many different extended team members and specialities.
We can provide you with actual Sales activities as a member of your staff or ask us to become a Marketing Affiliate.
If you are an individual contributor in sales or sales support and you want help for your own book of business or need support for your Account Reviews, please reach out and set up a consultation call.
Pricing is provided after a fact finding set of calls to qualify what is needed and is priced based on value and deliverables as a package. We can offer Contract Agreements on our paper or yours. We also can become a member of your team as a Fractional Sales Professional or something similar if that is something you are interested in. Please inquire for more details.
